The scale and impact of the Coronavirus pandemic has been unpredictable and swift. We do understand that these are unprecedented and potentially difficult times.
As you are most likely aware the UK Government made an announcement on Monday 23 March about Coronavirus (Covid-19) this included the instruction that, ‘we will immediately:
close all shops selling non-essential goods, including clothing and electronic stores and other premises including libraries, playgrounds and outdoor gyms, and places of worship;
we will stop all gatherings of more than two people in public – excluding people you live with;
and we’ll stop all social events , including weddings, baptisms and other ceremonies, but excluding funerals.
As part of the Hospitality, Leisure and Entertainment sectors the announcement has implications for our business as we are not able to operate remotely. We have suspended our services until the restrictions are lifted for our business and we are able to return to work.
We have contacted all customers who have made a booking and have not been able to attend because of the shutdown.
We have been humbled by the supportive responses from our guests for bearing with us until after we are able to reopen.
Once we are in a situation where the Government deems it safe to return to normal working practices, we will contact all customers with existing bookings to handle reschedules, vouchers and refund requests. For general enquiries, please keep checking our website for further updates.
