Rescheduling your booking:

a.If you can’t make your booking for whatever reason, you can amend your booking using the link provided in your booking confirmation email or the link above. In order to reschedule your booking, we will need a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to your booked time slot.

Please note that during covid 19 restrictions the 48hrs notice requirement has been temporarily removed so you can make changes at any time prior to your booking.

b. Providing you amend your booking more than 48hrs to your booked time slot, you can make changes to your booking for a period of 12 months from the date of your original booking.

c. Our packages and prices are subject to change, so when rescheduling your booking we cannot guarantee that the same package or price will be available as the package you originally booked, however you will be able to select a new package and pay the difference.

Please note that if your original booking was affected by a covid closure that you will be guaranteed your package at the price you paid.

d. If you have made your reservation less than 48hrs before the time of the booking, and decide not to attend, you won’t be able to amend your booking and we can’t guarantee a reschedule.

e. In rare circumstances, as a result of events outside of our control, we may have to suspend our services or cancel your booking. We will endeavour to provide you as much notice as possible and reschedule your booking to another available time slot agreed with you.

Increasing player numbers post booking – you can increase your booking up to a maximum of 6 players by using the link provided in your booking confirmation email or by clicking on the reschedule link at the top of this page.

Cancelling your booking – If you need to cancel your booking and do not want to reschedule, you can use the link provided in your booking confirmation email or by clicking on the reschedule link at the top of this page. We don’t offer refunds for cancelled bookings.

Booking amendments – You can make amendments to your booking as long as you’ve provided us with 48hrs notice prior to the date booked.  You can change the time, date, package, lead booker and reduce player numbers. Use the link on your booking confirmation or the link at the top of this page. Alterations to your booking time and date are subject to availability.

Part cancellation/reducing player numbers post booking – We don’t offer refunds for cancellations, therefore you will be offered either a reschedule, credit for use by the remaining guests or an evoucher to use against a future booking, as long as you’ve provided us with 48hrs notice prior to the date booked.         

Refund for a cancelled booking – We don’t provide refunds for cancelled bookings, but we will reschedule or offer an evoucher to use against a future booking, as long as you’ve provided us with 48hrs notice prior to the date booked.   

Booking amendments (less than 48hrs notice) – We are unable to process amendments for requests made less than 48hrs before the date booked. This includes bookings that have been made within 48hrs of the booked slot. If you need to cancel because of extenuating circumstances then email customerservice@ghettogolf.co.uk and we may be able to offer a discretionary reschedule. 

Running late for booked slot– Direct Message us on Facebook or Instagram, however we no guarantees that the venue can accommodate your request. Late arrivals may experience delays on getting on the course and could lose their booked slot if the venue is at capacity.

REOPENING - UPDATE!

Following the Government announcement on 22nd Feb, we are pleased to announce all venues will be re-opening on May 17th inline with the Government guidelines. 

If you have a booking with us while we are closed you will have received an email with instructions on how to reschedule.

Please keep a lookout on our social platforms as we will be opening our booking platform from Monday 8th March!
