Rescheduling your booking:

a.If you can’t make your booking for whatever reason, you can amend your booking using the link provided in your booking confirmation email or the link above. In order to reschedule your booking, we will need a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to your booked time slot.

b. Providing you amend your booking more than 48hrs to your booked time slot, you can make changes to your booking for a period of 12 months from the date of your original booking.

c. Our packages and prices are subject to change, so when rescheduling your booking we cannot guarantee that the same package or price will be available as the package you originally booked, however you will be able to select a new package and pay the difference.

d. If you have made your reservation less than 48hrs before the time of the booking, and decide not to attend, you won’t be able to amend your booking and we can’t guarantee a reschedule.

e. In rare circumstances, we may have to suspend our services or cancel your booking as a result of events outside of our control, We will endeavour to provide you as much notice as possible and reschedule your booking to another available time slot agreed with you.

Increasing player numbers post booking – you will need to make an additional booking via the online booking platform. If there are no spaces left in the same time slot then check slots immediately before or immediately after the time you want. You should add in the booking comments a request to join the booking to your group (if your group size is more than 6, you will be split into smaller groups and must be comply with current social distancing guidelines).         

Cancelling your booking – If you need to cancel your booking then email, enquiresliverpool@ghettogolf.co.uk for Ghetto Golf Liverpool; enquiresbirmingham@ghettogolf.co.uk for Ghetto Golf Birmingham; enquiresnewcastle@ghettogolf.co.uk for Ghetto Golf Newcastle. If you have provided us with 48hrs notice prior to the date booked, you can reschedule your booking within 12 months of the cancellation (with the exception of December). If you’ve not provided 48hrs notice you won’t be eligible for a reschedule. We don’t offer refunds for cancelled bookings. 

Booking amendments – You can make amendments to your booking as long as you’ve provided us with 48hrs notice prior to the date booked.  You can change the time, date, package, lead booker and reduce player numbers. Email us at enquiresliverpool@ghettogolf.co.uk for Ghetto Golf Liverpool; enquiresbirmingham@ghettogolf.co.uk for Ghetto Golf Birmingham; enquiresnewcastle@ghettogolf.co.uk for Ghetto Golf Newcastle with details of an alternative date and time. Subject to availability. You have up to 12 months to reschedule.  

Part cancellation/reducing player numbers post booking – We don’t offer refunds for cancellations, therefore you will be offered either a reschedule, drinks vouchers for use by the remaining guests or an evoucher to use against a future booking, as long as you’ve provided us with 48hrs notice prior to the date booked.         

Refund for a cancelled booking – We don’t provide refunds for cancelled bookings, but we will reschedule or offer an evoucher to use against a future booking, as long as you’ve provided us with 48hrs notice prior to the date booked.   

Booking amendments (less than 48hrs notice) – We are unable to process amendments for requests made less than 48hrs before the date booked. This includes bookings that have been made within 48hrs of the booked slot. If you need to cancel because of extenuating circumstances then email customerservice@ghettogolf.co.uk and we may be able to offer a discretionary reschedule. 

Running late for booked slot– Direct Message us on Facebook or Instagram, however we no guarantees that the venue can accommodate your request. Late arrivals may experience delays on getting on the course and could lose their booked slot if the venue is at capacity.

LOCKDOWN - UPDATE!

We are really sad to announce due to the latest Government announcement we will be closed across all sites, though hopefully not for long!

If you have a booking with us while we are closed you will have received an email with instructions on how to reschedule.

We look forward to welcoming all our guests back as soon as we are permitted to do so safely.
