1. Cancellation policy:
We do not offer refunds for cancellations, however, will offer to reschedule if notified at least 48hrs before the booked slot.
Please note that during covid 19 lockdown restrictions the 48hrs notice required has been temporarily removed so that you can make changes at any time prior to the date of your booking.
Rescheduling your booking:
a. If you can’t make your booking for whatever reason, we will be happy to reschedule your booking. In order to reschedule your booking, we will need a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to your booked time slot.
b. Providing we receive the minimum 48 hours’ notice we can reschedule your booking to a time slot, where available. You are permitted to reschedule your booking for a period of 12 months from the date of your original booked slot.
c. If you have made your reservation less than 48hrs before the time of the booking, and decide not to attend, we won’t be able to offer you a reschedule or a refund.
d. In rare circumstances, as a result of events outside of our control, we may have to suspend our services or cancel your booking. We will endeavour to provide you as much notice as possible and reschedule your booking to another available time slot agreed with you.
2. Once you have completed your booking, we cannot guarantee any further availability at a later date or time if you wish to increase your booking size. Under normal circumstances, should you want to increase your booking size, you will need to create a new booking using our live bookings portal.
