Rescheduling your booking:

a.If you can’t make your booking for whatever reason, you can amend your booking using the link provided in your booking confirmation email or the link above. In order to reschedule your booking, we will need a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to your booked time slot.

b. Providing you amend your booking more than 48hrs to your booked time slot, you can make changes to your booking for a period of 12 months from the date of your original booking.

c. Our packages and prices are subject to change, so when rescheduling your booking we cannot guarantee that the same package or price will be available as the package you originally booked, however you will be able to select a new package and pay the difference.

d. If you have made your reservation less than 48hrs before the time of the booking, and decide not to attend, you won’t be able to amend your booking and we can’t guarantee a reschedule.

e. In rare circumstances, we may have to suspend our services or cancel your booking as a result of events outside of our control, We will endeavour to provide you as much notice as possible and reschedule your booking to another available time slot agreed with you..

Increasing player numbers post booking – We advise customers to make a new booking via the online booking platform. If there are no spaces left in the same time slot then check slots immediately before and after the time you want. Then add a request to join the booking to your group (if your group size is more than 6, you will be split into smaller groups and must be comply with current social distancing guidelines). The venue will try to accommodate you request. ·        

Booking amendments – You can amend your booking with 48hrs notice. You can change the time, date, package, lead booker and reduce player numbers. Email at, (depending on your original booked venue) with details of an alternative date and time. Subject to availability. You have up to 12 months to reschedule.        

Reducing player numbers post booking – The cancellation policy states no refunds, but we will reschedule, offer drinks vouchers or offer an evoucher as long as the request is 48hrs or more ahead of the booking.        

Customer wants to cancel and requests a refund – The cancellation policy states no refunds, but we will reschedule or offer an evoucher as long as the request is 48hrs or more ahead of the booking.    

Booking under 48hr cancellation or booking amendment – If you want to amend your booking without 48 hours’ notice, please contact our reception teams via Facebook direct message at the appropriate venue, the team will do what they can. Cancellations are not permitted.      

Customer running late for booked slot– Please DM the venue on Facebook, however no guarantees that the venue can accommodate their request. Late arrivals may experience delays on getting on the course, and could lose their booked slot if the venue is at capacity.


We are really sad to announce due to the latest Government announcement we will be closed across all sites, though hopefully not for long!

If you have a booking with us while we are closed you will have received an email with instructions on how to reschedule.
