What’s the cancellation policy?

Bookings are non refundable, however if you can’t make your booking for whatever reason, you can reschedule or request an evoucher. In order to reschedule your booking, we will need a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to your booked time slot. You are permitted to reschedule your booking for a period of 12 months from the date of your original booked slot.

In rare circumstances, as a result of events outside of our control, we may have to suspend our services or cancel your booking. We will endeavour to provide you as much notice as possible and reschedule your booking at another available time slot agreed with you.

Please note that during covid 19 restrictions the 48hr notice requirement has been temporarily removed so you can make changes at any time prior to your booking.

How do I reschedule?

a.If you can’t make your booking for whatever reason, you can amend your booking using the link provided in your booking confirmation email. In order to reschedule your booking, we will need a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to your booked time slot.

b. Providing you amend your booking more than 48hrs to your booked time slot, you can make changes to your booking for a period of 12 months from the date of your original booking.

c. Our packages and prices are subject to change, so when rescheduling your booking we cannot guarantee that the same package or price will be available as the package you originally booked, however you will be able to select a new package and pay the difference.

Please note that if your original booking was affected by a covid closure that we will guarantee your package and the price you paid.

d. If you have made your reservation less than 48hrs before the time of the booking, and decide not to attend, you won’t be able to amend your booking and we can’t guarantee a reschedule.

Do you have lockers at the venue to leave my belongings?

We don’t have lockers on site; however we have a manned cloakroom which is also CCTV monitored. It costs £1 per item to leave your belongings in the cloakroom for the duration of your visit.

How much does it cost to come and play golf?

Walk in pricing is £13 per person, pre-booked online £12 per person. You can play in groups up to 6 at a time. You can get access to drink and food package deals by booking in advance on the website, giving you a saving on your visit.

Is the venue accessible to wheelchairs?

Wheelchair users are able to access the venue to eat and drink, however the nature of the crazy golf course means that it’s not suitable for wheelchairs.

Are you opening hours different on bank holidays?

On bank holidays (except for Christmas day) we operate Sunday hours ie 11am to 1am. On Christmas Eve our last booking is at 6pm.

How long does it take to complete the course?

Whilst there is no time limit, we estimate that the average time for completion of the course is generally between 45 and 60 minutes depending on the size of the group and how busy the venue is.  We also recommend that all guests arrive 30 minutes prior to their booked time to check in.

What ID do you accept to prove I’m over 18?

Either a valid passport, driving licence or PASS card that is in date. Actual documents are required, not copies or images on a mobile device.

How old do you need to be to play golf?

We are a cocktail bar with a golf course; therefore, we are always strictly over 18s.

Is there a dress code?

We ask that our guests arrive well dressed and keep it stylish, fashionable and fresh but we do make a decision on an individual basis. Absolutely no to clothing with offensive slogans, messaging, imagery or anything that incites violence.

We also recommend that you wear suitable footwear, given the uneven surfaces and low lighting in our venue.

I’m driving to the Newcastle venue, what are the parking options?

There is plenty of pay and display parking in Hoults Yard where we are based, however it is owned by Hoults Yard itself. The first hour is free, but then there is a small charge. As a round of golf takes between 60 and 90 minutes, we strongly recommend that a parking ticket is purchased on arrival and keep your meter topped up, we hold no liability to car parking, as it is not owned or run by the company.

I’m driving to the Birmingham venue, what are the parking options?

We do not have a private car park on-site; however, our customers use the North Yard, or Trinity Street pay and display car parks. The North Yard car park is located next to our building in the Custard Factory, underneath the railway arch. This car park has limited opening hours, so it?s always best to check on arrival. The Trinity Street car park is over the road from our venue, just off Heath Mill Lane.

I’m driving to the Liverpool venue, what are the parking options?

We do not have a private car park on site; however, our customers use the Cains Brewery pay and display car park which is located near the main entrance to the Cains Brewery Complex, facing the Brewery Tap pub, off Grafton Street.

Do I need to book?

We advise that you book, particularly at busy times to ensure you secure a slot and avoid long waiting times.

Do you accept walk ins?

We can accept walk ins when we have availability, however due to Covid-19 restrictions availability will be limited, we advise you take advantage of a pre booking package.

How do I book?

Visit our website at www.ghettogolf.co.uk you can book online for up to 6 people. Alternatively email us at the relevant email address for all bookings including larger groups of people, parties and corporate events.

Do you have a cancellations list?

Sorry, no. If we do have cancellations the slots go straight back onto our bookings system at www.ghettogolf.co.uk.

What if I have a group booking enquiry?

Email our reservations office on groupbookings@ghettogolf.co.uk and we’ll do the hard work for you.

Can I buy gift vouchers?

Vouchers are available in various denominations from our online bookings system and can be redeemed against a game of golf or drinks, these are sent to you as e/vouchers.

Gift voucher redemption, can I use them for buying food at the venue?

Yes. You must notify reception on arrival that you have a voucher that you want to redeem and it will be added as credit to your food and drinks bill.

REOPENING - UPDATE!

Following the Government announcement on 22nd Feb, we are pleased to announce all venues will be re-opening on May 17th inline with the Government guidelines. 

If you have a booking with us while we are closed you will have received an email with instructions on how to reschedule.
